COLOR THERAPY
09 09 07 - 18:59 Might chartreuse be the color of spring? At the Thakoon show, designer Thakoon Panichgul applied the citrus-bright hue to his abstract-meets-bohemian prints, while Maria Cornejo favored it for her one-sleeve dresses and double-stripe motif for her Zero collection. Mixed with black, white, and taupe, chartreuse provides just the right of pop for next season’s palette.Speaking of Thakoon, I loved the laid-back, sunny, confident mood of his spring line. It’s going to be a long weekend, but cheerfulness is in the air. -JENNY
