YOHJI YAMAMOTO

04 10 07 - 15:13 Yohji Yamamoto's spring show was classic Yamamoto with all the usual suspects that have come to define his look; men's suits re-imagined for women? Check. Asymmetry, lots of black and flat shoes? Done, done and done. While the collection was unmistakably Yamamoto the designer did include brightly patterned jumpsuits, suits with ruffled hoop skirts attached to the back and floor length tassels attached to dresses and suits. With well over twenty years of show experience behind him Yamamoto appears to subscribe to the theory if ain't broke don't fix it.
