The case of the exposed bra
Since my daily summer uniform generally consists of shorts and a baggy top (usually a smaller size from the men’s section of a store), I admit to being a victim of the exposed bra which peeks through the massive armholes of the shirts I wear.
And while I consider myself on the more modest side in dress, and my slighty revealed underthings are way subtler than, say, this pic of Lily Allen, my mom still makes a mention that I need to be more cognizant.
Okay, I personally think the line between trashy and nonchalant mishap is fairly clear based on someone’s outfit.
But then again, since this consistent remark comes from my own mother, it gets me self-conscious at times.
But seriously, is it really that big of a deal? From sheer blouses to slochy mini dresses, I pretty much see the (intentional) exposed bra everywhere I go….
