Mandy Moore rocks a Preen dress at Vanity Fair‘s portrait party in LA last night.

We’ve never seen the 23-year-old singer looking so grown up before, but we have to say:

This is a really, really good look for her.

She’s also got the “I’m an adult” posture down, a major plus when wearing an avant garde dress from London.
