Bravo to NYLON model Pixie Geldof and her BFF, the fashion stylist Lily Evans, for landing in the ultimate New York street style shot:
Bill Cunningham’s On the Street column for the New York Times.
The girls were snapped in midtown during a windstorm, looking rather shaggy in that London Girl kind of way.
Pixie’s coat is vintage, her bag is by D&G, and her shoes are from TopShop (note the little white socks coming out of her booties and under the tights – she should get a merit badge in layering).
Lily’s wool blazer is by PPQ, her scarf is by Gap, and her dress is by Rodnik, British clothing line she helped helm since 2005.
The shoes are actual equestrian boots, which you can buy on eBay for about $30.
The wind is not available for purchase.
