Photographer Jens Andersson has been crucifying his Adidas Superstar sneakers and snapping them all over America.

The images are kind of hypnotizing and a little bit disturbing -

Especially if, like us, you’re always bummed to see a great pair of sneakers ruined.

Maybe it’s okay to sacrifice some good kicks all in the name of art?

Guess that’s WJWD (what Jens would do).

But WWJD?

Probably wear those great sneakers all over Galilee…
