Is this a photo of Nicole Richie and Rachel Zoe… together?

Granted, Rachel looks about as happy as a losing beauty pageant contestant, and Nicole’s face says something like, “Okay, fine, I’m smiling,” but still, they seem to be… together.

The picture was taken at the Byron & Tracey Salon, and Rachel was hosting the party, so… guess they made up?

Next question:

Did Rachel pick out Nicole’s ISSA dress?

Or is she standing there like, “Bitch, I would have put you in McQueen” ?

Oh, the mystery.
