Off With Her Shoes!
So Christian Louboutin is making a new pair of heels inspired by Marie Antoinette.
They’re co-designed with the French luxury label House of Lesage, which is famous for its embroidery.
The shoes come in pink, yellow, and blue, and they cost…$6295.
That’s roughly what it would have cost to feed all of peasant France in the 1700s, when Miss Marie got her head chopped off for buying clothes instead of French national security.
On the plus side, we hear Kirsten’s getting a pair for free.
