The Scissor Store!

Check out this space in New Delhi, India.

It’s called The Emporio Mall, and it’s made entirely of scissors!

The name doesn’t refer to Emporio Armani, but instead the flagship for designer Rajesh Pratap Singh, who’s previously shown his work in Paris, and works extensively with Indian fabric mills to promote his national textiles and style.

Besides having scissor walls, scissor doors, scissor windows, and scissor hangers, the store also has several sculptures of scissor art.

Soon they’ll be available for purchase in LA.

First, you might want to ask that their edges get sanded down a little bit.

Otherwise - well… no puppies and no babies in that apartment.

Scroll through to see the rest of the store and the art - including a scissor Buddha you can find and buy in LA!

Your information is wrong. The Emporio Mall is not made of scissors but regular brick and mortar. The images are of a store within the Mall.
