Last night, we asked via Twitter which Ben & Jerry’s flavor was the absolute best.

In 45 minutes, over 100 of you responded.

Third place went to Imagine Whirled Peace, a vanilla-based flavor with toffee cookie pieces, chocolate peace sign candies, and caramel swirls.

Second place went to Phish Food, a ’90s classic with marshmallow ice cream, fudge fish pieces, and caramel streaks that – rumor has it – was created specifically to cure hangovers and / or the munchies.

And first place?

That was Chunkey Monkey, seen at left, which has banana ice cream with chocolate chunks and walnuts.

But is anyone a purist who wants their vanilla chocolate chunk back in stores?!
