Minter Condition

Three things you probably didn’t know about Marilyn Minter:

1) She owns a copy of Watchmen.

2) She likes ice cream with sprinkles.

3) She’s got a studio right around the corner from the NYLON offices.

NYLON Beauty Director Holly and I got to snoop around earlier this week, thanks to MAC - the beauty company teamed up with Minter and two other artists to capture their fall collection.

She’s not the only one working with MAC, but she might have the best taste in party snacks; while Maira Kalman had retro deviled eggs and Richard Phillips had vegan finger foods, Minter went with the aforementioned ice cream. More Space Invader pics below…xxRebecca

    Minter’s videos were playing on loop at BEast in Chinatown, NYC over the weekend!
    People couldn’t stop staring at all the tongues and the salacious licking!
