Blair: I mean really, Vanessa, there’s such a difference between “like” and “love.”

Vanessa: Yeah.

Blair: I mean, I like my Sketchers, but I love my Chloe Tilia Sunglasses.

Vanessa: But I love my Sketchers.

Blair: That’s because you don’t have Chloe Tilia Sunglasses .

Vanessa: Oh!

Blair: By the way, when did we become friends? Aren’t we in, like, some perpetual Nate Archibald feud?

Vanessa: It’s Season 3. Serena and Dan have a brother who goes to NYU with you, and they don’t even know about him yet. Meanwhile, Little J’s eyeliner refuses to wash off, and I think Chuck is dating Eric Van Der Woodsen. So I think we have bigger problems here.
