If you didn’t leave the Rachel Comey spring ’10 show this morning lusting after her khaki coats and pajama-inspired pants, you were dreaming of sitting by a campfire.
The collection was a very stylish flashback to sleepaway camp, with rustic touches like utilitarian jackets, intricate skorts, and chunky socks paired with sandals.
Even the hair – long, loose, curlly – had that sun-kissed, natural look of having spent the summer jumping off docks and sleeping in tents.
The only thing better than the s’mores-ready looks? St Vincent singing “Free Falling” as the models walked by.
