We missed National Peace Day, but we’ve had no problem getting into Sake Week.
Yes, that’s right, Sake Week.
Like Shark Week, only with less blood.
SushiSamba (which holds the award for most premium sakes in a New York City restaurant) opened its vaults last night, filling up glasses with some of the finest rice wine around.
If there isn’t one in your city to help you celebrate, try a bottle of Zipang’s sparkling sake - the bubbles are like a party in your mouth…
