It’s National Oatmeal Day!



According to the infallible news source Twitter, today is National Oatmeal Day.

Lina likes steel cut oats, Tylan says Starbucks oatmeal is “perfect,” Kelly prefers the oatmeal at Jamba Juice, and Jay refuses to eat it because “it looks like little dead space aliens.”

My thoughts exactly.

Actually, no, I like dried oatmeal as part of granola.

But why do we need a National Oatmeal Day?  Anybody?

    I LOVE oatmeal. :) . I definitely do appreciate it much more in a granola bar or something…but can’t beat it on a super cold morning.

    I’m a weenie about being cold….
