Greene With Envy
How long does it take to create “natural beauty” for a red carpet appearance?
A bit longer than you’d think – at least according to makeup artist Vanessa Scali, who worked on the super-cute Ashley Greene for her New Moon premiere last night. Ashley looks positively glowing in her red carpet photos, and stunningly natural. But that ethereal quality takes quite a bit of work.
Need proof? Here’s everything they used on her face:
Lancôme’s Effacernes concealer in Light Bisque underneath the eyes.
Bobbi Brown’s Foundation Stick.
Lancôme’s Blush Subtil in Shimmer Pink Pool.
YSL’s Fard Lumiére Aquarésistant Cream Eyeshadow in Pink Sands.
Lancôme’s Artliner in Black.
Shu Uemura’s Painting Liner in White.
Lancôme’s Ôscillation Vibrating Mascara in Black.
Lancôme’s Le Crayon Poudre in Brunet.
Lancôme’s new lipstick from the Pout-à-Porter series—L’Absolu Rouge in Chris & Tell – named for Chris Benz.
Guess our moms were right – the trick to great makeup is looking like we’re not wearing any!
