Last season, Marc Jacobs made a splash with his Louis Vuitton runway show by fusing fantastic clothes with a very novel headband – one with giant black bunny ears sewn on top.

The bunny ears appeared everywhere, from fashion magazines to TV shows like The Rachel Zoe Project – and even once on Mary Kate and Ashley at the Opening Ceremony party in Tokyo.

Now denim designer Michelle Siwy takes a sassy swipe at the ears in her new lookbook.

Featured alongside her latest jean shorts, Michelle’s featured two black feathers – rigged up by the model as ears.

They’re a good satire on all those hippie headbands in LA, the constant barrage of Vuitton bunny references from last season…

And anyway, they’re cute!
