The Tiny Top Hat Returns!

Back in April, we discussed the re-emergence of the shrunken top hat. Featured on the runways of Marc Jacobs and in the accessories section of Pixie Market, many of you felt they were cool, but a difficult trend to rock.
To our surprise, Topshop decided to give the trend a try, this time in funky holiday sequins and pearls. It comes on a handy clip, and could be the finishing touch to your holiday outfit.
Oh, and its $18. Way cheaper then Pixie Market’s, and obviously Marc’s.
