So, this is actually important:

Last night, several friends of NYLON (including our fantabulous TV host, Becka Diamond) were involved in a very scary car accident.

Fortunately, doctors have declared everyone involved to be totally fine, except for some really nasty bruises, and they’re all home in bed for the day.

But a few inches to the left or the right, and this might have been a very different blog post.

So…

When you’re out partying this week (and every week), make sure you wear your seatbelt.

It doesn’t hurt, it’s black so it goes with everything, and it’ll keep you covered, just in case your taxi flips over in the middle of the West Village at 2 am, and you end up sending Twitter posts from the emergency room and completely terrifying your Facebook friends.
