Kapowski in Keds

Checking out Keds’ latest collaboration with conceptual artist Jenny Holzer got us feeling bit nostalgic.

For as long as we can remember, we’ve always loved the sneaks… After all, they’ve been around since 1916.

But thinking back, we credit Kelly Kapowski (a la Saved By the Bell) for first showing us how damn cute a plain white pair can be.

 

p.s. we don’t mind the rest of Kelly’s outfit at all.
Our next Private Icon, perhaps?
