Monsters on Post-Its

post itsThanks to NotCot for showcasing the work of artist Don Kenn.

A Danish television scribe, Kenn gets bored (like the rest of us) and draws elaborate monsters and ghosts on post-it notes (not like the rest of us).

They remind us a lot of Edward Gorey’s “Ghastlytown Tinies,” an alphabet game that includes many cute, innocent children falling to their deaths.

These post-its are slightly “happier” because nobody dies -

Although there are a lot of ghosts, zombies, and vampires, who are technically already dead.
