Remember those duck tape prom dress contest that the tape companies hold each spring?

That’s what we thought of when we saw this duck tape tank top by Cheap Monday.

Ann Sofie Black has designed a mini-collection of duck tape clothing for ASOS, including a body con dress and the shirt at left.

It’s just a basic white tank, with real duck tape detailing.

We’re not crazy about the look at all.

However,  if you are, it’s about the easiest (and cheapest) DIY there is.

Maybe that’s the reason it’s on sale for $13….

Would you ever wear this duck tape style, DIY or otherwise?
