In 1812, the Brothers Grimm published the fairytale of Rapunzel.
In 2008 (almost 200 years later), Argentinian artist Agustina Woodgate creates the tower at left, as part of her “I Wanted to be a Princess” project.
Now, take a close look at it….
Can you guess what it’s made of….
Woodgate’s sculpture is made of 3000 Human Hair Bricks!!! And, no, we’re not lying. Pretty insane, right?
Check it out on display at the Miami Art Museum, from now until October 17th!
