elle Last night, Elle Fanning showed up in a stunning Marchesa dress at Elle’s Women in Hollywood Tribute.

We have several thoughts on the matter:

1. Is she really only 12 ?!

2. She looks a lot like Gemma Ward.

3. Is it weird to say a 12-year-old looks fresh-faced? Probably.

All in all, we’re more than glad Elle’s taken a fashion cue from her girly-chic older sis, rather than dressing like a promiscuous preteen on the CW.

P.S. We can’t wait to see the starlet in Sofia Copolla’s Somewhere, coming out this winter!

    Kind of depressing to see a 12 year old with roots. I bet her natural color is gorgeous.
