Desserts just grow up so fast.
Next time you reach for champagne ice cream, you might try topping it with some Whipped Lightning.
Introduced earlier this year, the booze-infused (say that 3 times fast!) topping is more alcoholic than many drinks.
At 36.5 proof, it’s basically flavored alcohol and air.
The party-ready “Whipahol” comes in ton of flavors, including Spiced Vanilla and Amaretto, as well as seasonal ones like Pumpkin Pie.
It’s billed as the perfect topping to shots and cocktails, but without trying it, it’s hard to say whether it will deliver just the right amount of kick.

my friends and i have tried this…we didn’t hate it but i’m not convinced that alcohol and super preserved creamy products are the best combination.
