Katy Perry was glowing at the American Music Awards last night – and not because she was wearing a neon light-up corset as usual.
She decided to ditch her standard dessert-inspired frocks for a romantic (still ultra-girly) Spring 2011 Badgley Mischka dress.
While we happen to be big fans of Katy’s cupcakes and pin-up girl looks – she is absolutely stunning in this strapless feminine dress.
And aside from the dress, the Brian Atwood peep-toes and natural dewy makeup aren’t working so bad for Katy either.
We were thinking that getting all wifed up was partly the reason for this more sophisticated look for Mrs. Brand – that is, until her dancers ripped off half her dress to reveal a red hot unitard during her “Firework” performance that same night.
