Walking into the Improvd presentation was slightly disorienting.
The relatively new brand-only in their second season – had opted out of an ordinary runway show in favor of something a little more….. futuristic?!
Held in the Meatpacking District store, the presentation consisted of two models in shop and several others projected onto life size cutouts.
And although the images were filmed several weeks, earlier, the projected images were still moving and interacting with the audience.
For designer Valentino Vittori, the motive behind this unique concept was to test the ideas of perception and push the boundaries of reality.
