Paging Captain Obvious:

Kate Bosworth is once again our Best Dressed of the Day.

So why are we featuring her again?

Well, she’s our current cover girl, which never hurts.

But also, we’re really psyched with the way the Cohassett native is modeling her MiH jeans.

We’ve already bemoaned the end of the The Skinny, and the challenges inherent in trying out the new, sexy, cool but not-so-easy wide leg pants that have swept the runway for the past few seasons.

These London cropped jeans ($250) and their mass-market lookalikes are a good alternative -

They’re loose, comfortable, and trendy without being ill-fitted or requiring a pair of killer heels.

We’re into it with the booties, and the cableknit Isabel Marant sweater.

Good going, Kate.
