Meet the OnePiece, the high-fashion version of the Snuggie.
Founded by three hungover friends (shocker), this fleece body suit was first born by sewing a pair of sweatpants onto a basic zipper sweatshirt.
It’s currently being lauded as “THE winter trend” of the year and now hanging front and center at L.A. boutique Kitson.
We’ve got to admit, they do look super comfy- in a lazy, lounging-around-the-house kind of way.
But would you wear it in public?
Faran and Liza say no thank you.
Nick says yes. In fact, he claims he will even wear it to work! (stay tuned for photos…)

I would only consider it in a lounge about the house kind of way. No way would I ever set foot in public with that on, unless I was disguising myself as someone else or it was for a “how lame can you get” party or something lol I honestly think my sister would slap me in the face if she saw me outside in this, to me its just like crocs. eww.

Bad. Definately bad. I mean, there expensive, and unpratical. What do you do if you get hot? Need to pee? You have to take the whole thing off, and then your pretty much naked, depending on what you chose to wear under them. Let’s leave the onesies to the children please, haven’t we already taken rompers? Unpopular opinion, but I think those should have stayed in my childhood too.

I LOVE this!!!! I actually have a bunch of friends from Europe that have them and have been sooo jealous so I am THRILLED that they are coming to the US. In fact I might just have to go buy a few at Kitson today. Woot Woot!!

Also, the TUTA, or jumpsuit or overalls is something special, something that has a real history behind. I’m talking about the artist Thayaht, that in during the futurism, in the 1920-30s created the tuta and described why it is great and worthy. The best suit of all.

I am the proud owner of two onepiece suits. Girls love them. They always make for great conversation. I would recommend them to anyone who can afford one. Nothing says lets just chill like a onepiece.

I LOVE THIS! I own 2 of them and wear them so often! They’re the most comfortable thing i’ve ever worn. One of the one’s i have is sort of sweatpants material and is super warm but the other one is made out of a lighter material! I wear it on road trips, when i’m hung over, to the market, and sometimes to my class haha. Trust me, once you put one on you’ll be IN LOVE!

They’re brilliant. I wear mine after playing rugby. Much comfier than changing back onto skinny jeans. You don’t have to always zip them completely up so generally they just look like trousers. Brilliant for wrapping up inside and popping to the local shop

I love them! They’re amazing. It’s a brilliant idea, and i will never get tired of wearing mine! I could wear it every single day, for the rest of my life!

its good, all of those grey, rainy days (i live in melbourne, we’ve got quite a lot of those days) where you just want to be inside and watch TV, you always wear tracksuit pants, jogging pants and a sloppy t-shirt, you can just crawl into your onepiece and lay back. it’s unbelievably confy, besides, its always a fun thing coming to a party in a one piece!

I don’t have a one piece of my own, but my boyfriend has one. When he’s not at home I use to wear it. I reallly love it! It’s cozy and relaxing to wear it. My boyfriend’s one piece it’s way too big for me. I wish I had one of my own.

I don’t have a one piece of my own, but my boyfriend has one. When he’s not at home I use to wear it. I reallly love it! It’s cozy and relaxing to wear it. My boyfriend’s one piece is way too big for me. I wish I had one of my own.

How can they not be a good idea, the price is easily worth it considering you’ll wear it for the first couple weeks nonestop. Those who brand this ‘madness’ are either mad them selves or have not had the pleasure of wearing the wallopingly brilliant onepiece. I urge all of you to try it at least once, After that you’ll need no more convincing.

I looove my OnePiece, I gat one for christmas and It’s the best thing ever I live to have one in every colour. On a regular day I would go out in public in my OnePiece but it’s only for casual things.

Everyone out there who is thinking about maybe getting a onepiece – think no more! It is THE MOST COMFORTABLE thing you’ll ever wear and you’ll love it more
than you loved your first Teddy bear! So what if you look like a big toddler? Who cares about what other people may think! And, if you’re one of those “oh-no-I-can’t-wear-that-thing-in-public-because-I-don’t-want-people-to-think-that-I’m-weird”
-kinda-person – then don’t. Just use it as most Scandinavians do, as something to relax in after a hard day at work or a hard night out.
They’re definitely worth the money, I should know – I have three.

I live in Finland and I use my blu onepiece in school outdoors home everywhere! For you that don’t kno where Finland is, it is at arctic sircle. and yes here is somedays -25c and I still use my onepiece outdoors . Everybody have told me when they have seen onepiece; dude where did you get that or that’s cool I want it too.

These things are amazing!! Yes they’re a bit expensive, but i’ve never worn anything so comfortable in my life! Perfect for lounging round the house or after a long day on the slopes, i’ll even wear it to the shops or picking up the guys from work. If you’re one of those people who care so much about what they look like or what others think, then no, this is probably not for you, (even though all my mates are really jealous and keep trying to steal mine!) Its just a bit of fun, comfort and something a bit unique.
Theres no point in whining about them, if you think there a stupid idea, then don’t buy one! For everyone else, it will be one of the best buys of your life!

OnePiece = Brilliance! I love them for all occasions, ok not all occasions but I do “Jump In” to my OnePiece at least 5 times a week. They’re perfect for sports in this weather, just unzip at the track to reveal your shorts and T and away you go. But I don’t just use mine to keep me cozy when off for a workout or a lazy Sunday, call me crazy but I’ve even been out to a few clubs… Whatever you wanna wear yours for be prepared for a lot of people saying “Uber-cool!”, “I want one!” and “Where did you get that?!”
