As Stefan from Weekend Update would say, it’s got it all:

Ruffles.

Kerfuffles.

Collars.

Dollars.

Sparkles.

And modest black shoes, which work to highlight – not compete with – the dress.

(Same with the minimal makeup and hair.)

As Stefan could tell you, this is New York’s hottest dress.

Although, okay, Keira’s actually in London.

But whatever.

    This is a gorgeous suit/dress! I just wish I could enlarge the picture to get a better look at it. I don’t like the black shoes. Navy would have been a better spring choice, I think.
