Mandy Moore is now a redhead (?!?!) and she’s letting her new hair color be the focus of her beauty look.  If you’ve got a new hue, keep it simple with a sheer lip (we like CoverGirl’s Nature Luxe Gloss Balm), a bit of blush (BeneFit dandelion always works), and a black or brown eyeliner.  (The new favorite in the office is from Tarte Cosmetics.)  And don’t forget to protect your hair – whatever color it is – from the sun!
