Band of Outsiders had a picnic with Net-a-Porter and Mr. Porter last night.

It was in LA, which can get cold in the evenings.

It was outside, which can get buggy in the grass.

Nicole Richie’s perfect solution:

Leather leggings, an oversize shirt, and a cardigan just in case.

We also love the heavy black eyeshadow.

As for the fedora, we suspect she borrowed it from her hat-hoarding man, Joel Madden!
