To be honest, it’s very refreshing to see the animal trend go beyond quirky graphic prints.
Artist Shauna Richardson put some frequently hunted animals to use in her Crochetdermy series.
Each piece is a handmade take on those haunting taxidermy statues, but without harming Bambi or Simba.
The knotted cotton makes lion eyes look half as harmless, and completely unlikely to come to life on us in the middle of the night.
