New on the Coveteur: An inside look at the house of Massaro, the famous shoemaker behind Chanel’s haute couture footwear.
And (according to The Coveteur), “Massaro is the only name that’s allowed to be stitched into the shoe next to CHANEL’s.”
As you can see from the wooden shoe at left, the process looks unbelievably picturesque, taking place in a century-old building near the Place Vendôme. Take a look at the rest of the images here…It’s pretty refreshing to see the one of a kind wooden heels and cobbler’s tools.
