The dress is Prada. Also, the shoes should most definitely NOT be red. That would be so mathcy-matchy and hideous. I personally love it.

I don’t think it’s horrible. If her shoes were red I feel like it would be overkill. She has the lips, bag, and side panels of dress red. I love it.

This look is definitely stylistic. Classic but modern. The hair and makeup go accordingly. I am not a fan of what Meester usually wears, but this outfit is iconic.
