premiere: bishop morocco

Lots of bands can layer harmonies, but not as many can do it as well as Bishop Morocco.

The Toronto band won us over a few months ago when we caught wind of their upcoming EP, and we’ve had it on repeat in the office ever since.

And now our favorite track finally has a video.

With easy, floaty melodies and lush layered instrumentals, “Old Boys” is tough to beat.

    Excellent! Bishop Morco follow in a tradition of great Toronto shoegaze bands, from Slowburn, Jersey, and Corky & the Juice Pigs right up to Boys of St. Vincent and CZEHOSKI Glad to see their making waves in the national indie scene! Piece!
