Ladies and Gents, for the second time in the history of the NYLON Blog, Taylor Swift wins Best Dressed.

(here’s what she wore the first time)

Dressed in a heart-shaped polka-dot dress by Dolce & Gabbana, oversized tortoiseshell Ralph Lauren Collection shades, and a blue saddle bag from Ralph Lauren, Swift looked chic and adorable as she headed to lunch yesterday in west Los Angeles.

Mixing a dose of Alexa Chung’s preppy schoolgirl style with a dash of Reese Witherspoon in Pleasantville,
the singer/songwriter looks mature, but still perfectly her youthful self.

Plus, we’re totally loving the messy high-ponytail and cherry red lip combo.

    i LOVE taylor. instead of having irrelevant CW stars as cover girls, you guys should have this country cutie as the cover girl! just saying. and this outfit is adorable! you guys should check out some candids of her out and about in london. the outfits then were sooo nice!
