KATEY PERRY! Hands down. The Blumarie dress fits her to a T. I also absolutely adore that she fixed her hair from the Grammies (girl was not rockin it.) But this shade of blue not only compliments the dress but really makes her eyes pop. Vanessa does look cute don’t get me wrong, the Georges Chakra is just a little too much for her. To me, she still comes off as a Disney Channel star.

Vanessa Hudgens looks glamorous, classy but a bit flirty, too. She definitely wins in this style showdown. Katy Perry looks cheap (meaning material-wise, not promiscuous) and I’m so over her bright candy wigs. She looks like a Barbie doll arts and crafts experiment with blueberry marker hair and glitters thrown onto her dress. I wish she would stop trying to look like a novelty and just embrace a more sophisticated elegant look like Hudgens!

Vanessa looks like a golden goddess in her scalloped dress. It fits her just right and the simple old Hollywood hair with the minimal accessories really pulls the look together to make a gorgeous ensemble. On the other hand, as much as I love Katy, she looks like a silvery fish out of water. Even the pattern looks fishy. The smokey gray color and the cut of the dress don’t do much for her but I do love her hair and accessories. I wouldn’t of been surprised if she brought an aquarium with her.

Really? Vanessa, no contest. “Old Hollywood” is the fall back for oh, any and all young actresses, it seems like, but this one sure works just great. That dress is gorgeous, all classic but with that great scallop pattern, and its all styled really simply and gorgeously. Vanessa for SURE.
