While they’re often frat party fare, some bartenders are chefs are trying to elevate them to a gourmet cocktail.

    No way. Did you know that jello is actually made out of grinned fine bones of a pig?

    there’s nothing classy about alcohol in jello form. nothing anyone does will change that.
