This column is usually devoted to Alexa, Blake, and three very stylish Emmas.

But today, we salute NYLON’s web editor of the past two years, Liza Darwin.

Here’s the Nashville native in true All-American style.

She wears classic Ray-Bans, a ’70s army shirt, a simple black mini, her trademark vintage Gucci bag from a thrift store in Nashville, and white Reebok high tops.

Another major accessory: her great smile.

Liza’s off to MTV, but even though she’s moving uptown, she’ll always be part of our world.

After all, who could pull off an episode of True Life: I’m Chicer Than You Even When I’m in Sneakers?
