It seems even the weather wants Kate Bosworth to look perfect.

Here she is in Venice Beach, California, opening the door of a boutique.

And as if on cue, the wind blows her hair into a perfect sweep of blonde and brown.  (Irritating, right?)

Besides the great timing, Kate’s also got a great look – this slightly bonkers Liberty print dress with contrasting piping on the sleeves and skirt, a mini Chanel crossbody clutch, and black Ray-Ban shades.

If you want Kate’s exact dress, you can get it for about $350 on the Suno website.

Kate’s dress also resembles this Vanessa Bruno dress, which retails for about $800.

But you can find a ditsy floral print almost anywhere this season, including at Topshop, J. Crew, or even Forever 21. (This one’s $28.)

If you like the print but don’t want to do a dress, take a cue from our senior fashion editor, Michelle Reneau, and try a Liberty print baseball cap.  (This one’s $10 at Charlotte Russe, and it’s beyond cute for a beach day.)

As for Ms. Bosworth’s astonishing hair moment… maybe try a portable fan?
