TV Tuesday: What Are You Watching?

If you’re a Summer TV Junkie, your DVR might be very busy tonight, with the return of three addictive and (arguably) amazing shows.
At 8pm ET, Pretty Little Liars is back on ABC Family. But now that we know the identity of “A,” will Alison’s killer finally be revealed? Will Emily recover from her girlfriend’s demise? Will Aria put away the glitter eyeliner? Our guess on all counts: Don’t bet on it.
Also at 8pm, it’s the return of Dance Moms, the reality show about very talented girls and their very stressed out mothers which we’re not-so-secretly devoted to watching. Our favorite cast member (right now, anyway) is Chloe, the 11-year-old ballerina who just scored a scholarship to the Joffrey Ballet in New York City. But will it be enough to make her (finally) feel as talented as the Dance Studio star, 10-year-old Maddie Ziegler? Our guess (again): Don’t bet on it.
And finally at 10pm, The Glee Project is back, with an all-new cast of wannabe Quinn Fabrays. Since Ryan Murphy picked not one but four of last season’s cast members to appear on his hit Fox show, the ante is higher than ever for the current contenders – and this season, there are fourteen kids instead of twelve. But if we had to pick a winner right out of the gate, we might go with Dani Shay, the Orlando native who turned “Edge of Glory” into a country folk song (guitar included) for her audition. Now, we’re kind of obsessed with her.
What about you? What are you watching tonight?!

Hey lovely people of Nylon. You got the time wrong on this article for The Glee Project. It’s 10pm not 1-pm. I think you accidentally pressed the key next to the zero.
I love you guys.
hearts and flowers,
