For his latest series, London-based photographer Mark Mawson busted out his usual materials: ink, water, and a camera.

Dubbed Aquaeous Electro, this is Mawson’s fourth ink-based series, and we’re praying it’s not his last.

Mixing insanely bright colors, the latest series reminds us of Fantasia, lava lamps (or what we always hoped them to be), Christopher Kane, and atomic bombs.

The result is completely beautiful, definitely hypnotizing, and arguably mood elevating.
