Space Invaders!

This Weekend, the Intergalactic Travel Bureau lands in New York City.
It’s the only place in the universe (that we know of…) where you can book a ticket to an adjacent solar system, or even explore your own backyard (which, in this case, is Venus and Mars).
If you’re interested, check out the ITB’s website and video.
If you’re really interested, apply to be an astronaut on this Dutch reality show, where the “winners” get to live on a Mars colony – while all of Earth watches them. (The Trumans meet the Jetsons?)
And if you feel like you should be interested, but you’d rather just go to Malibu, that’s cool – instead, you should check out this retro trailer for the ’80s classic Space Camp, starring Joaquin Phoenix when his name was “Leaf.”
(Seriously, how has everyone seen Flight of the Navigator and not this weirdly amazing gem?)
