Now Playing: The Little Black Jacket Movie

chanel movieYesterday, we revealed Elle Fanning and Elizabeth Olsen’s portraits for the new Chanel book, the Little Black Jacket.

Today, we found this “Making of” video, shot at Karl Lagerfeld’s Paris atelier.

There are moments of incredible beauty, like when model Edie Campbell gets her eyelashes painted, when Sarah Jessica Parker wears an antique crown of fine jewelry, and when Carine Roitfeld poses dressed like Coco Chanel herself.

Then there are some rather amazing things that could fill a very chic blooper reel, like watching a supermodel almost crash on her giant platform heels, or rooting for Georgia May Jagger as she attempts to help style her own hair.  There’s also this gem of a quote, at left.

    This is lovely. Everyone is wearing the same jacket but with a twist.

    Such an iconic piece. Like it. Love it. Want it. I can wear it with every piece and every style.
