Here is Michelle Williams in Joseph Altuzarra.

We love the sexy bustline of the dress, combined with its demure hemline.

Williams’ pairs it with white Givenchy shoes, a tomato red lip, and bright red nail polish.

The whole thing is kind of perfect, and once again, Williams’ stylist Kate Young is taking superhero pills.

The Altuzarra dress isn’t available yet, but Versace has a similar one “on sale” for $700.

As for more affordable options, White House has a $150 version that’s less sexy but very smart for work or school.

And Urban Outfitters has a very fun play on the lace-front black dress for about $70.

As for the lipstick, that’s easy: Get M.A.C lipstick in So Chaud for $14.50!
