Best Dressed: Anne Hathaway in Stella McCartney
When Anne Hathaway appears as Catwoman in the latest Batman franchise, she’s wearing (surprise) a skintight cat suit in the tradition of Eartha Kitt and Michelle Pfeiffer.
She eschews that look for Jimmy Fallon, however, and goes instead for the sporty neckline and zany pattern of Stella McCartney’s ultra-modern dress.
We love the different checks that are both simple and eye-boggling, along with the tiny cutouts on her chest that remind us – in a weird but really good way – of Regina George’s sabotaged-but-splendid Mean Girls t-shirt.
If you want Hathaway’s exact dress, you’ll have to wait a little while – it’s from a future Stella collection – but there’s a similar McCartney frock for about $1200 available online.
