Anna Sui’s latest addition to her makeup line satisfies both of these requirements, which is precisely why we can’t wait to try it. Often dark goth-y packaging means a lipstick color just as heavy, but we love the candy-colored surprises in these tubes. The heavy concentration of glitter also means we can ditch jewelry for these sparkles once in a while, especially on super hot days when layers of bracelets aren’t ideal.
