Mindy Kaling shows up at the Fox party in a McQ by Alexander McQueen dress.

It’s zany but gorgeous at the same time, with a neat black-and-white mirror pattern on the bodice and a black-and-lace contrast hemline.

The shape is fantastic with her curvy figure, and the jewel-toned lipstick is fun without being crazy.

(Important considering the print on the outfit.)
