Calling Rachel Bilson the best dressed girl in the room is a little like calling California a part of America -

It’s just so damn obvious.

But despite any element of surprise in this outfit – It’s cute! It’s perfectly tailored! – it’s still a great option for a job interview, important meeting, cocktail party, or even a wedding rehearsal dinner.

Rachel’s paired her cream By Malene Birger blouse with black piping and a black pussy bow with black draped Alexander McQueen pants and pink Shoemint pumps.

(The pink pumps are key – if they were black, the pants would kind of dissolve into the ground, which isn’t a good thing for Bilson’s petite frame.)

This outfit is extremely expensive, but you can find a similar blouse at J. Crew or even Ann Taylor, and Theory has similar slacks that are more affordable.
